T-Mobile was opening a signature store in the heart of San Francisco. The T-Mobile retail environment was to be a 7,600-square-feet-of-selling-space tribute to a mobile industry leader with the latest innovative technology. They needed a sound booth that shut out the noise and allowed visitors to immerse themselves in the power of T-Mobile’s wireless audio device offerings.

Group Delphi was chosen as the vendor to bring the sound booth to life.

The sound booth The Group Delphi team fabricated, managed, and installed the sound booth while working alongside other vendors throughout the space. The fully-realized, magenta-hued environment is reminiscent of a recording studio at the height of rock and roll, albeit with plenty of modern flair.
Ready, set, connect Thousands have since experienced the fully-immersive environment — using their own smartphones to connect to any one of the wireless audio devices featured on the wooden shelves lining the glass walls.
The museum difference Our experience with museum exhibits and other permanent spaces informed our decisions on what materials were best in an area that would endure heavy visitor traffic. LED panels featuring dynamic content lined a portion of the sound booth — enticing guests over as they moved through the space.
